SYNOPSIS
Marcos and Eleazar Brena are both Mezcaleros and the father and son team continue the tradition of passing down the family secrets of crafting mezcal. They discuss what agave and mezcal means to them, their family and the community of San Luis Amatlan.
Bernardo Sada the founder of Noble Coyote discusses what agave and mezcal means to him and what he is hoping to achieve by raising the awareness of agave conservation and sustainability in Oaxaca.
